Coconut Rice Cakes
Wisk together all the ingredients until smooth
Heat the pan to 350F
Brush oil onto the pan holes.
Fill each pan hole leaving a little room at the top.
Once the cakes start to set, add the toppings.
Cook for about 4-5 minutes. Remove from pan when they are fully set and the bottoms have a brown crust. Put them on top of each other to form a ball for serving.
Use vegetable or coconut oil to brush onto the pan.
